Led by 4 time NMRA World Champion, and inaugural WSC champion, John Urist, Hellion Racing International is dedicated to providing not only top of the line equipment, but also the knowledge and experience it takes to insure that your vehicle will run properly. Since the late 1990’s, John and his business partners Dwayne James and Nick Owens have been involved in varying forms of Drag Racing, ranging from 7 second Motorcycles to twin turbo street cars and nitrous powered 8 second race cars. Currently, all field low 7 second race cars, set records, and win races at almost every event they attend. This trio of racers has formed H.R.I. in order to bring the winning formula to racers both in the United States and abroad.
